| Job Description: |
|
- Ensure preparation & upgrading of material location chart of Raw Material/Spares/Packing material stores, Finished goods & Bi-product stores
- Implementation of proper stock positioning & safety of storage materials.
- Accurate data recording of stock entry & exit in the ERP system.
- Manage fumigation of Raw material & finished goods before issuance & necessary arrangement of its effectiveness.
- Monthly physical audit of store stock in coordination with internal audit & accounts.
- Ensure good housekeeping of stores.
- Effective & proactive coordination with production & sales department to meet customer requirements in time.
- Develop & implement stores policies and procedures.
- Supervise logistics of Raw material & finished goods from warehouse & mill building.
Skills Required
- MBA (preferable) from reputed institution
- 10 years working experience in stores/supply chain
- Must be familiar with ERP environment
- Good English communication skills
- Negotiation & Leadership skills
- Working with the system & SOPs
- Resource Management & good reporting skills
