Must have 5-8 years of retail sales experience in FMCG environment:
Responsible for doing sales analysis, arranging meeting with customers and do necessary survey as and when company demands.
Responsible for product wise annual monthly sales targets, volumes & value grotty in assigned territories.
Ensure targets outlet coverage, product availability and visibility.
Responsible for building and maintaining an efficient and effective dealer network through regular dealer contacts and effective communication in order to maximize sales and achieve planned market shares.
Responsible to lead and motivate distributor's sales staff, manage the territory as per territory management concept, look after merchandising, consumer activates and competitor's activities look after the counterfeit in the market, made marketing plans, grow the company business in the territory and find out the opportunity to grow sales.
Responsible for customer relationships and service levels and outlets, in terms of order fulfillment, merchandising, in shop promos, frequency of service and complaints handling.
Provide timely feedback on market situation, sales outlooks, competitor's activities, product pricing.
