A leading FMCG Company is looking, for its new setup, a highly caliber and accomplished National Sales Manager who would manage country wide sales and able to develop the overall National Sales programs for the entire product range.
Persons who are intended to apply this position must have strong understating to manage the nationwide sales force and distribution network.Preference would be given to those who possess strong FMCG/Natural Products/Food Products etc.background.

Responsibilities

- Responsible for sales activities nationwide.
- Develops a business plan and sales strategy for the market.
- Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate new markets.
- Analyzing sales figures and forecasting future sales volumes.
- Assists in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed.
- Coordinate sales distribution by establishing sales territories, targets, goals and establish training programs for sales representatives.
- Analyze sales statistics gathered by staff to determine sales potential and inventory requirements and monitor the preferences of customers.
- Prepare budgets and approve budget expenditures.
- Plan and direct staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control sales and service programs.
- Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
- Advise distributors all thepolicies and operating procedures to ensure functional effectiveness of business.
- Managing and motivating a team to increase sales and ensure efficiency.
- Managing stock levels and making key decisions about stock control.
- Maintaining awareness of market trends in the industry, understanding forthcoming customer initiatives and monitoring what local competitors are doing.
