Hiring Marketing Executive to assist in develop, implement, track, and optimize our marketing campaigns across all channels. Candidates having designing skills will be preferred.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Liaising and networking with a range of stakeholders and vendors.
- Sourcing advertising opportunities and placing adverts in the press - local, regional, national and specialist publications(Holiday weekly, Travel Asia, Pakistan Gulf Economist) and on the company website (www.travelport.com.pk) and social media (Facebook).
- Designing of Travelport, Marriott, GEC Marketing and Promotional Materials, including (Standee, Banner, Flyers etc)
- Managing the production of marketing materials, including leaflets, posters, flyers, newsletters (GALINK and SPANNER), magazines (GLOBE) and e-newsletters.
- Liaising with designers and printers.
- Arranging for the effective distribution of marketing materials to out-station offices and clients.
- Assisting and managing events such as Conferences, Seminars, Receptions, Road Shows and Award Nights.
- Managing and Updating Company’s web contents.
- Facilitating Market Research Survey on customers with the use of customer questionnaires and on focus groups.
- Contributing to, and developing, marketing plans and strategies and monitoring its implementation.
- Monitoring competitor activity.
- Assisting in procuring Giveaways and managing its Inventory.

• Content Writing Skills.
• Should be able to Liaise and network with a range of stakeholders and vendors.
