Get fueling done of all official and directors use cars personally
Supervise all company drivers, check their log books on daily basis and report to Assistant Manager Admin accordingly
Ensure up to date record of vehicle log books with utmost transparency
Supervise company guards at the main entrance gate, check their visitors’ register twice a day and report any irregularities to Assistant Manager Admin immediately
Supervise company gardeners and make office environment green
