1) Get the resource requisition form for vacant positions with approval thereon from concerned HOD
2) Designing job ads and getting them approved from Head HR
3) Maintain a permanent CV Data base
4) Prescreen and short list suitable candidates for Interviews
5) Schedule, conduct and coordinate interviews
6) Making job offers and negotiating salary with selected candidates
7) Conduct orientation of newly hired employees
8) Coordinate probationary period evaluation and get it approved from concerned Head of Department
9) Liaison with different universities and technical training institutions for recruitment and selection
10) Plan, coordinate and represent Master Group of Industries in campus recruitment activities and Job fairs
11) Assist Head of Department in Employee and Employer Branding
Compensation and Benefits
12) Conducting salary survey and calculating internal & external equities to define salary slabs corresponding to grade chart
13) Assist Head HR in formulating & updating pay rates and salary slabs
14) Administer employee registration in provident fund and maintain records for all employees
15) Ensure timely payments of gratuity cases
16) Administering health insurance
17) Coordinate all activities related to EOBI & social security
18) Compute and coordinate disbursement of retirement benefits
19) Coordinate complete employee clearances procedure in case of employee separation
20) Prepare and coordinate full & final settlements and its payments for all employee separations
21) Formulate and suggest cost effective discretionary benefit packages to enhance employee retention and satisfaction

22) Assist Head HR in Human Resource Planning
23) Assist Head HR in designing HR Portal
24) Completing personal files upon joining of a newly hired employee
25) Perform detailed reference check for newly hired employees as per company policy
26) Maintain a permanent record of employee personal files
27) Check and verify Leave and attendance record
28) Generate payroll and ensure timely payments of salaries
29) Handle and administer employee leave requests
30) Handle and administer employee advances and loan requests
31) Handle employees complaints and queries regarding salaries
32) Any other task assigned by the management regarding HR
