ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1) Manage and direct the retail department operations to achieve sales targets
2) Ensure full Implementation of retail operations manual approved by the Executive Board
3) Maintain appropriate stock levels for all Celeste Houses
4) Visit Celeste Houses on daily basis and evaluate cleanliness of outlet, professional grooming of staff, verify cash balance and stock level
5) Ensure execution of accepted standards of visual merchandizing at Celeste Houses and training retail staff on how to display merchandise properly
6) Analyze sales data, expenses and profitability of Celeste Houses on monthly basis and present in Monthly Review Meeting (MRM)
7) Maintain and foster communication internally with order management and production departments
8) Maintain and foster relationship with existing vendors
9) Actively develop and manage all facets of retail expansion opportunities to meet organizational goals
10) Plan, design and facilitate layout and look of new and existing Celeste Houses
11) Research and purchase fixtures for store expansions
12) Actively plan and promote retail signage and advertisement efforts with the cooperation of Advertising Department
13) Research and come up with new product ideas with detail planning of sourcing, branding and advertising
14) Research and establish new vendors for various supporting products such as bed sheets, towels, pillow covers, cushion covers etc.
15) Any other task assigned by the management regarding Retail Outlets
