1) Represent Master while ensuring excellent customer service to customers.
2) Plan monthly, weekly and daily sales and Lead retail store team to achieve sales targets
3) Supervise regular stock checks and keep inventory books up to date
4) Provide maximum support in audits to ensure successful and speedy completion of audit
5) Maintain all electrical equipment in good working conditions and report concerned authority at head office immediately if any equipment goes out of order
6) Ensure accurate entry of stock and sales in registers
7) Keep physical cash in custody and tally with cash ledger
8) Preparation of accurate fortnightly report and obtain clearance on it from accounts department (audit department)
9) Submit all expense vouchers with fortnightly closing
10) Ensure supreme cleanliness at retail outlet while following guidelines given in retail operations manual
11) Do shelving and visual merchandizing at retail outlets as per company set standards
12) Take special care of self-grooming
13) Ensure good and positive working relations with colleagues
14) Any other task assigned by the management regarding Retail Outlets
