· Work closely with the existing dealers of assigned area/zone/region and consistently hunt new opportunities by expanding dealers’ network
· Ensure revival of existing inactive dealers by building and maintaining good quality relationships
· Ensure strict implementation of CRPP (Customer Right Protection Policy)
· Collaborate with dealers for Displays’ renovation and up gradation
· Proactively work for effective recovery from advance as well as credit category dealers
· Monitor marketing officer to ensure effective implementation of the devised action plan
· Work closely and provide necessary assistance to the marketing and sales team in other functions, such as advertising, market research, production, sales and distribution
· Monitor competitor activities; update on new launches, communication & other activities and devise effective counter measures
· Conceptualize, plan and proceed in an effective manner for dealership expansion, order taking, recoveries and achieving the set targets
· Plan & implement innovative marketing techniques for building Brand awareness & generating leads
· Prepare and present sales and recoveries reports
· Carry out other activities as required
