Job Description:

As a Part of REAL ESTATE DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT the ideal candidate should be:

  • Master Degree holder from any HEC recognized University
  • Career oriented Person
  • Credible Activist and Role Model fro all Employees
  • Self-starter who works on his own steam, backed byloads of drive and initiative
  • Perfect inter-personal skills
  • Command in verbal and written communication
  • Good understanding of Real Estate Development Potential
  • An eye for identifying commercially feasible location and markets
  • Knowledge of national demographics and substantial understanding of existing market conditions
  • Excellent negotiation skills and confidence in dealing with developers property owners and other organizations
  • Fair understanding of all legal aspects pertaining to real estate contracts, agreements and other documentation
  • Adequate knowledge of laws governing real estate and property, especially with reference to acquisition and development of restaurants in all parts of the country
  • Complete grasp of business planning procedures with proven skills in developing independent business feasibility
  • Should be able to undertake independent Retail Networking Analysis and have a fair working knowledge of financials (Business P&L)
  • Will be required to travel extensively throughout Pakistan
