Job Responsibilities Include:

  • Ensure implementation of safety guidelines for all workshop process.
  • Maintain the GMP/6S of the workshop.
  • Monitor safety deviations and take corrective actions with the consultation of Maintenance Engineer.
  • Should assist Line Foreman in breakdown, preventives and annual maintenance of machines.
  • Remove mechanical faults of the Machines assigned to him during Plant operations.
  • Maintain Mechanical Workshop Machines and accessories (i.e. Drills, Cutters, Lathe, and Welding etc.)
  • Any other company work assigned by seniors.
  • Ensure proper handling and record of Spare Parts and Tools.
  • Fabrication and welding when and where is required.
  • Should be ready to work on the Production lines and utilities.
  • Should follow the capability development program.
  • Implementation of Quality, Food Safety and HSE management system.
