- Prepare and develop quarterly inventory planning as per given forecast.
- Overall production planning of all products including contract manufacturing on monthly and weekly basis.
- Ensuring effective communication and updating of production plan with all concerns department and persons.
- Ensuring the smooth production process will be run.
- Ensuring the timely deliveries of all customer’s orders including contract manufacturing.
- Examine the existing procedure and opportunities for effective and streamlining the production needs and minimize the cost of production.
- Monitor inventory level
- Coordinate with production, purchasing, warehousing, distribution to ensure targets achieved according to the deadlines set.
- Examine the movement, storage and processing of inventories.
