The Branch Manager will be a highly self-motivated person, responsible for achieving the various targets of his branch and manage diversified teams, including liability, asset sales and cross selling. These performance driven individuals will undergo a structured training program and will be part of a winning team-Insha'Allah with a defined career path Placementand Training: Upon successful completion of training, the selected BMs will be placed at the discretion of the Bank. The training will be conducted at Karachi and Lahore only.
