The Operation Manager will be highly self motivated person, responsible for overall branch operations and for ensuring service delivery within the highest quality parameters. These performance driven individuals will undergo a structured training program and will be part of a winning team-Insha'Allah with a defined career path. Placementand Training: Uponsuccessful completion of training, the selected OMs will be placed at thediscretion of the Bank. The training will be conducted at Karachiand Lahoreonly.
