This is a senior level position reporting to Group Head Branch Banking and is responsible for: · managing and controlling all branches in the Multan Region; · accountable for all asset and deposit targets assigned by Head office from time to time; · execution of strategic plan; · implementation of all HO policies and guidelines. The incumbent should ideally have an Islamic mind-set and committed to the cause of Islamic Banking. He will also be required to train staff in consultation with the Training Department from time to time.
