| Job Description: |

- Provide administrative support to administrator. Duties include general clerical, receptionist and project based work. Project a professional company image through in-person and phone interaction.
- Create and modify documents using Microsoft Office.
- Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing.
- Maintain hard copy and electronic filing system.
- Setup and coordinate meetings and conferences.
- Maintain and distribute staff weekly schedules.
- maintain inventory
- Support staff in assigned project based work
- Setup accommodation and entertainment arrangements for company visitors
- Direct call & respond to inquiries
- Prepare documents & reports on computer
- Maintain confidential records & files
- Type correspondence, reports and other documents
- Maintain office file
- Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management systems, and performing basic bookkeeping work.
- Read and analyze incoming memos, submissions, and reports in order to determine their significance and plan their distribution.
- Coordinate repairs to office equipment
- Perform other related duties as required

1. Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills required. Knowledge of Microsoft Office and telephone protocol.
2. Professional verbal and written communication skills and the ability to type 30 to 45 wpm.
