* 4+ years of C development experience (expert knowledge)
* Experience using object oriented programming, design patterns, frameworks, and layered component architecture
* Demonstrable knowledge of how to design component based solutions that is easy to maintain and is scalable
* Track record of working with Product Management, QA, Support and upper management
* Experienced writing performant SQL and SQL tuning (MySQL, Postgresql)
* Ability to follow development team coding standards
* Proficient in developing and reviewing functional requirements and code documentation
* Commercial experience in Web Application development and / or software development
* Good written and verbal communication
