- Responsible of overall Direct & Indirect Procurement
- Responsible for Local Correspondence.
- Analyze demand and supply situation for Key Materials in local market and take appropriate decisions.
- Providing strategic directions and support to team.
- Evaluation of Vendors performance on quarterly basis with monthly review or as per the contract need for effective procurement of goods or services.
- To Ensure the Transparency while Procurement Procedure.
- Monthly & quarterly reporting to management as per their requirements & also providing the overview regarding performance of Procurement.
- Always motivating to Procurement team for savings through negotiations, Brand rationalization & switching on cost effective products locally.
- Establishing a central procurement service.
- Communicating to subordinates exactly what's needs to be done and what is expected of them.
- Developing the companys purchasing strategy.
- Regularly visiting to suppliers locally.
- Managing the delivery of multiple activities in parallel.
- Developing good relationships with key suppliers to ensure best value for money.
- Setting targets for members of the procurement team.
