- Evaluating the completeness / right data in the forms provided
- Coordinating with concerning stakeholders to provide the missing data in the prescribed forms
- Uploading verified data in the system / GMS in all fields
- Tracking the errors % in the data provided and alignment / plans for the improvement
- Preparing monthly / weekly reports on the activities i.e. article listing, supplier listing, price changes and sharing with stakeholders for update and action plan
