To support Senior Manager HR in the execution of HR functions for all employees of the store and it would include activities such as Hiring, Performance Management, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Relations, Training & Development, Welfare activities, Legal Compliance etc.
Prepare detailed induction/orientation plan in consultation of line Manager and conduct orientation of new employees.
To register employee information in MCCPK System and SAP
Monitor staff attendance and resolve related issues.
Coordination in the joining & smooth working of third party employees like Merchandiser, Housekeeping, Contractors etc.
Support Line Manager in co-ordinating with the training department in Head Office for training programs.
Liaison between Head Office and store for employees' insurance, hospitalization, claims & other activities related to Health & Life insurance with insurance Companies.
To support enior Manager HR in reports required by Head Office.
To maintain employee files & other documentation
Manage employee leaves, overtime claims and OPD claims
