•Promotions activation Food & Non Food – (store level).
•Merchandizing/planograms implementation Food & Non Food – (store level).
•Maintenance of secondary placements, merchandizing & planogram Food & Non Food - (store level).
•Continuous merchandizing/ price audits.
•Analytical support for food & Non Food team.
•Communication (max presence 1 day at HO).
•Standardizing the merchandizing principals on all 10 stores.
•Tracking and maintenance of all performances sold and unsold store wise for Food & Non Food.
•To ensure non-food merchandizing guidelines implemented at store level
•Road shows at store level
