System implementation of Assortment Lock.

Listing / Delisting Process Management.

Identifying articles available for delisting (simultaneously along with listing).

Ensuring 4-eyes is implemented in the delisting / listing process.

Updating the Assortment lock as and when required.

Recording the reasons for change in assortment lock (with Head of Department Approval).

Be responsible for assortment reviews by category, overlooking the yearly schedule & maintain a presentation that shows the life cycle of assortment locks in line with Category roles.

Maintain a database of assortment changes in comparison to the assortment lock.

Understand the decision tree by category to be able to work closely with category managers & TGM’s on the definition for which level to define the assortment strategy.

Align the assortment strategy overview across all departments making sure that the aggregate is sustainable (ie. not too many power categories and not enough space on).

Responsible for assortment analysis and give recommendations to CM on actions.

Work on exceptional circumstances on changes that may need to occur outside of the defined schedule.

Category Review Cycle – Food (Schedule).

Schedule to be prepared and aligned with Head of Departments.

English Descriptions Project.

4/8/9 Templates to be refilled as per cycle dates.

Approach to be taken by Department and then category roles within.Tracking of timelines for initiatives developed through this process.

Non Food 5 Worlds Assortment Revitalization.

Schedule to be prepared and aligned with Buyers (Deadline – June).

Support buyers with template preparation and any data required to conduct the exercise – (Support from BI).

Food & Non Food Initiatives Tracking.

Follow up with Buyers on the timeline for kick-off and ensuring on-time launch in stores.

Tracking of the performance of initiatives (Monthly – BI)Non Food Own Brands. Process Follow up Follow up with Buyers on the timeline for kick-off and ensuring on-time launch in stores.

Templates agreed for Own Brand Process to be filled with support of Buyers – Sign off by Head of Non Food.

Monthly Performance Review – Power & Traffic Categories, Corporate Template for reviewing performance of Power & Traffic Categories (Part of Performance Call).

Any other assignment as and when required by the line management.

Skills
