Plan and coordinate employee relations activities and advise store HR operations on matters relating to grievances, performance, disciplinary issues, Union and other issues to resolve dispute.

Coordinating disciplinary issues in a defined manner and contribute towards the process improvement and compliance.

Contribute to the effectiveness and efficiency of HR operations in Stores by designing and implementing solutions in coordination with OD & Learning team.

Understanding of labour laws and handling of employee grievance.

Representing METRO Management for in communication with external stakeholders.

Align store HR strategy with the key business priorities.

Develop and monitor key measures for HR Operations performance.

To carry out any instructions/task given by the line manager and/or seniors.

Conduct HR Audits to ensure compliance with HR strategic direction and policy framework.
