|
Job Purpose: Help the company to accomplish its objectives by bringing a systematic, disciplined approach to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of risk management, control and governance processes Job Responsibilities: - Assisting Head of Operational Monitoring to prepare annual audit plan for risk base audits and Business Audits.
- Assisting Coordinating with Operational Monitoring MCC for all changes and updations introduced in ICS Monitoring and implementing those changes at MCC Pakistan.
- Conduct/lead in conducting risk based audits on all stores and allocated Head office audits and consulting projects to ensure that the organization is functional and internal control system as a whole works properly.
- Obtain commitment to recommendations made in audit reports from concerned stakeholders.
- Performing Follow up reviews on implementation of audit recommendations.
- Assist/review the Standard Operating Procedures to ensure the appropriate controls for Board approval.
- Participation in the annual and partial inventory counts as an observer to highlight deviations from Standard procedure.
- Provide on going support to other departments regarding Standard Operating Procedures and other control issues.
- Perform/ assist in performing special assignments given by the Management.
- Assisting Head of Operational Monitoring in the Competence Team member Projects as and when required.
