Working Responsibilities:

1.      Introducing MA Services to Head of Procurement, Supplier Diversity, HR, and other corporate (not staffing companies) recruiters in USA.  

2.     Building relationships with the Head of Procurement, Supplier Diversity, HR, and other corporate (not staffing companies) recruiters in USA.  

3.     Scheduling conference calls and meetings with target decision makers to answer any queries they may have thus making an effort to become approved vendor, to offer them our consulting services.

4.    Enquiring about the possible required paper work and how we can start offering our services to them.

5.     Taking care of the agreements and other paper work.

6.    Receiving work orders.

7.     Primary point of contact with HR, Procurement, and Supplier Diversity contacts.

8.     Searching Job positions from Job Discussions through different medium and contract recruiters to offer them our services.

Key Performance Indicators:

1.      No. of target decision makers with whom the business information is exchanged.

2.     No. of calls scheduled/conducted in an effort to offer consulting services.

3.      No. of Agreements executed with target companies.

4.    No. of Work orders received.

Mandatory Skills:

-          Must have excellent written and oral communication skills

-          Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

-          must have excellent interpersonal and analytical skills

-          Must have good time-management skills and ability to multitask and maintain focus and discipline

-          Must have good online searching skills.

-          Must have knowledge of social media.
