We work closely with our customers to understand their requirements, and to establish successful, long term working relationships. For this, we are looking for a Business Development Manager.

Business Development Manager, reports to the General Manager takes responsibility for ensuring growth in revenue and profitability for the business through the acquisition of new clients and the increased opportunity within existing clients. The Business Development Manager will work across the MicroArts team drawing on the expertise of the graphic designers to support business development activity and will take responsibility for the entire sales process including: researching and following-up leads, developing multi-level relationships with prospects, understanding the needs of the prospects and clients, making presentations and managing the client relationship through implementation.

The Business Development Manager will also play a part in refining solutions for clients and in uncovering new markets for the business alongside the General Manager.
