Job Description:

We have an excellent opportunity for you to provide first class customer service at our call center.

You will be responsible for:
- Providing superior customer service by responding to customer needs efficiently.
- Ensuring all calls are logged in the customer database, with appropriate notes.
- Providing quality leads.

- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Outstanding communication skills (both written and oral)
- Customer focused
- Complete tasks accurately
- Previous Contact Center experience is desirable.
