- The Assistant Store Incharge needs to engage in meaningful interactions with Custoners to resolve inquiries ,receiving payment on daily basis.
- The controlling and checking of products,bagging and wrapping each of customer's purchase.
- On daily basis to count money in cash register and compare it with transaction records in the POS.
- Harmonize shift totals and sum up cash.
- Validate and establish price of products and apply price stickers on the products.
- Scan and log in the price of products in the system.
- Give assistance to the customers at POS to ensure the pleasant shopping experience.
- Handle refunds and exchanges at register while mantaining a friendly disposition.
- Explain specialized information through selling procedures that will promote sales and attain company objectives.
- Mantain periodic sales report and spread sheets.
- Assist in stocking shelves,rotating merchandising and making prices.
- Continuously monitoing of stock positionnof individual stores to ensure that required inventory is available all the time
- Ensure stock movement should be timely done as per the SOP
- Train staff to work as cashier as and when required basis.
- Process claims and exchange of merchandise.
- Answer Customer queries and provide guidelines about Outlet's procedure and policies.
- Ensure neat and well organized checkout areas.
- Refelect professional and positive brand immage to Customers.
