JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Establish a yearly audit calendar and ensure timely completion of the task.
- Arrange the stock room of all shops in proper order for audit convenience.
- Preparing and maintaining records of all inventory shop wise.
- Review inventory counts and balance accuracy.
- Planning and execution of Stock QC Audit.
- To perform special audits, announced and unannounced.
- To review cash control, safety, security and inventory procedures.
- To Ensure Loss Prevention in analysis and data collection processes involving internal and external investigations.
- To reduce inventory shrinkage and cash losses in assigned audit division.
- Report and correct identified violations.
- Reporting to Operation Manager on daily basis.
SKILLS:
- Detail oriented indivisual.
- Good at MS OFFICE (Excel, Word).
- Discipline & active.
- Good Communication Skills.
