| Job Description: |
|
- Analyze and centralize information requirements across the organization.
- Fulfill requirements through utilization/customization of available resources by following standard procedures. If requirements cannot be fulfilled with available resources, then propose solutions.
- Troubleshoot operational issues related to reporting and information systems
- Ensure compilation, updation and maintenance of backups of all data and information across the organization to avoid mishap.
- Resolve software, hardware and connectivity problems throughout the organization by utilizing resources at departments disposal.
- Compile and maintain records, documents and manuals related to software & hardware.
- Maintain, develop new procedures, standards, reports, according to needs of the organization.
- Design & standardize reporting formats to provide accurate information in a clear and concise manner.
- Research and identify software and hardware needs.
- Coordinate with all vendors & service providers and regularly follow up pending issues.
- Ensure that user access levels are defined and maintained to safeguard important data compiled by software's.
- To analyze & check before implementation / updating of any version/report in software.
- Keep up to date with the latest technologies and innovations that could benefit the organization.
- Other related tasks as assigned by Management.
- Train, develop & motivate the staff under supervision.

| Skills Required: |

- Hands-on experience in a business environment with respect to MIS needs and processes with respect to ERP/Inventory system
- Reasonable knowledge of software development methodology and database management
- Expertise in Microsoft SQL, SQL Server, VB.NET, VBScript.
- Working knowledge of Network, i.e. LAN, WLAN & VPN, and hardware |
