The main role of the Store Manager is to manage the store by complying with all SOPs, and ensure achieving the sale
targets as well as liaising between the Shop and the workshop
To transmit the company culture to the team.
To collaborate in the recruitment of personnel for the store team.
To provide training and necessary information for the integration and development of all the members of her team.
To cooperate in evaluating the progress and development of each team member.
To increase the motivation of her team.
To promote internal communication and team participation.
To monitor the personal and professional image of the team.
To plan for required measures in order to achieve the monthly sales targets
Including business management/ product knowledge and analysis
Skills
The candidate must have 5 years of experience in sales and management, and should be sales driven, a team player, targets focused, organised, and hold a verifiable record in achievements.
Interested candidates must be fluent in English - MBA is a plus
