Designs and develops curriculum and written instructional materials such as training modules, teaching and learning aids and some aspects of curriculum development programs including technical skills, safety, leadership and management with emphasis on adult learning principles of developing instructional materials and new technologies in various areas of construction. Required technical Knowledge,Skills and Abilities in Hotel Management: 1) managing various aspects of hotel management such as housekeeping, front office, food and beverage,food production and other management and related services,sales and marketing,financial,personnel and administration,building management and security.
