Designs and develops curriculum and written instructional materials such as training modules, teaching and learning aids and some aspects of curriculum development programs including technical skills, safety, leadership and management with emphasis on adult learning principles of developing instructional materials and new technologies in various areas of reception management. Required Technical Knowledge, Skills and Abilities in Reception Management: Knowledge in: 1) Reception management functions such as reservation, check in, cashiering, guest servicing, reporting and supervising. 2) Administration of organizational procedures, operations, policies, goals and objectives.
