Job DescriptionAlQuranClasses is looking for experienced HR Persons, have strong English communication skills. Good salary package is waiting for the right deserving candidate.
The job description is as follows:
Night shift Job (10:00 pm to 03:00am)
Home based job ( Must have Laptop, Backup UPS, and High Speed Internet). We do subsidize internet fee.
Minimum two year experience
Basic salary + Bonuses and Allowances
Job Responsibilities
This position is responsible for providing human resources support, but is not limited to the following functional areas: Recruiting, HR Administration and Compliance support and general office administration.
Responsibilities and essential job functions include, but are not limited to the following
Recruiting (Including Pakistan, UAE, Canada, Egypt, Syria)
Coordinates the recruiting process (schedule interviews; administer pre-employment testing, letters, etc.)
Coordinate & Follow-up with add publishers for job posting.
Prepares correspondence to include offer letters, interview schedules, and recruiting forms/requests.
Prepare Job Descriptions of employees for posting ads and preparations of operation manuals.
The basic requirement for this job is to be fluent in English with good accent and having strong communication skills. so we dont bother about minimum education. However, the minimum education for this job is Bachelors in HR or BBA or Any Bachelors with Experience in HR.

- Ability to use computer and internet
- Human Resource Experience MUST
- Fluency in English
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and customer services skills
- Ability to work in stress hours
- Candidate must be passionate, dedicated and self-motivated.
Job Requirement
Candidate must have high speed internet connection, electricity backup and quiet environment to work from.
