Job Description - Coordinate application development for multiple projects
- Investigate & resolve application functionality related issues
- Assist business users in the effective use of IT systems/applications
- Develop technical documentation for new and existing applications
- Identify opportunities that can improve efficiency of business processes
- Assist in managing an outsource relationship for 3rd party system implementation and product development consultants
