The ideal candidate should Hold a Bachelor in Computer Sciences Have minimum of 2 years experience in Computer Sciences / Databases / Experience of Billing, CRM Systems (preferred) Job Description Release / patch testing for the billing system and CRM Work directly with the business teams for supporting in requirements, solution design and UAT Translate Business requirements to functional requirements for implementation in the systems Carry out Functional and End-to-End testing of features and new projects in Billing and CRM systems Execute R&D and testing of features in the Postpaid Billing System and CRM in line with ever changing business requirements Execute Requirements gathering, Analysis of business requirements, Solution designing, Implementation and Testing of new Postpaid projects for postpaid Billing system and CRM Perform Administration of Pricing, Rating and Discounting of Postpaid offers and International Roaming (TAP module) Handle system Change Requests, System Upgrades, Issue Rectification and Resolution, System Monitoring and Audits, Documentation of all system processes Essential Skills Should have excellent Analytical skills Should have excellent Communication skills Should have strong database skills, proficient in SQL. Oracle, SQL Server, PL/SQL, programming skills (preferred) Desirable Skills Should have sound Knowledge of Telco systems preferably billing and CRM systems
