The ideal candidate should:

• Hold a relevant Bachelor’s or a Master’s degree in Computer Sciences
• Have at least 2-4 years of relevant work experience in software development

Job Description

• Responsible for integrating enterprise wide business critical applications
• Develop web services and web based business applications
• Handle day-to-day system and database related operations
• Assist the manager in defining new and optimizing the existing business processes
• Responsible for different business process automation
• Work on huge volume of business data
• Provide first/second level support to the customer and internal/external teams
• Coordinate with internal/external teams and vendors
• Interact frequently with customers, identifying their needs, gathering user requirements and proposing cost-effective solutions
• Transform user requirements into system/functional specifications

Essential Skills

• Should have hands-on experience in developing large projects using .Net and other Microsoft technologies C#,VB.NET
• Should possess excellent database oriented skills (SQL/TSQL; PL/SQL, SSIS; SSRS; Oracle; SQL Server 2008)
• Should have full command over all phases of SDLC and various development methodologies
• Should have sound knowledge of developing functional specifications based on user requirements
• Should have strong system analysis & design skills
• Should have a good knowledge of SOA
