Assistant Manager CSR

The ideal candidate should:

• Have a Bachelor’s degree in development studies; Masters would be given preference
• Have a minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the development sector or within an organizational CSR division

Job Description

• Develop and implement CSR strategies and programs
• Lead ongoing and future CSR projects of the organization and its philanthropic arm (Mobilink Foundation); Employee Volunteer programs; as well as Community involvement initiatives in the education, health, environment and humanitarian areas.
• Sustain strong trusting relationships with various key internal and external stakeholders including heads of top humanitarian organization
• Liaise with NGOs and internal teams to identify and develop mobile technology based solutions to challenges in the development sector
• Manage and oversee the employee volunteer program; design and review volunteer activities; record and maintain results of activities
• Facilitate in developing and managing corporate social responsibility content; inform and update internal and external stakeholders on company’s CSR initiatives
• Manage CSR reporting (internal and external)
• Design communication strategies for CSR efforts; Cultivate relevant media to project organization as a responsible corporate citizen, including the management of Mobilink Foundation’s presence on Social Media

Essential Skills:

• Should possess good written and verbal communication skills
• Should have good interpersonal skills
• Should be experienced in the development sector is a must
• Should be proficient in MS Office Suite

Desirable Skills:

• Should secure excellent presentation abilities/skills
• Should have the ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
• Should be result oriented
