Job Description:

The ideal candidate should

Job Description

  • Supervise the commission processes, from calculation to disbursement
  • Oversee the new projects involving commission, like commission portal
  • Report the commission expenses and other management reporting
  • Provide support to other departments regarding POS reporting
  • Analyze new commission policies from Business value perspective
  • Analyze new Product notes with respect to commission structure and comment on appropriateness
  • Liaise with External / Internal Auditors for commission related queries

Essential Skills

  • Should have accounting knowledge
  • Should have good report writing skills

Desirable Skills

  • Should possess excellent negotiation skills
  • Should be highly proficient in MS Office, with basic understanding of ERP's
