- Have3 to 5 years of relevant work experience
Job Description - Supervise the commission processes, from calculation to disbursement
- Oversee the new projects involving commission, like commission portal
- Report the commission expenses and other management reporting
- Provide support to other departments regarding POS reporting
- Analyze new commission policies from Business value perspective
- Analyze new Product notes with respect to commission structure and comment on appropriateness
- Liaise with External / Internal Auditors for commission related queries
Essential Skills - Should have accounting knowledge
- Should have good report writing skills
Desirable Skills - Should possess excellent negotiation skills
- Should be highly proficient in MS Office, with basic understanding of ERP's
