The ideal candidate should Hold a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration; MBA in Marketing from a reputable university would be preferred Have at least 3 - 5 year of relevant work experience in the telecommunication/FMCG sector Job Description Execute Channel commission and Retention Coordinate the reports for Sales targets and forecasts Forecast Sales Commission budget and monthly reconciliation Manage Channel Reporting for Prepaid, Postpaid and Handset Manage 3G- Data Growth / New Project development & Roll out Forecast and Manage supply chain for prepaid, postpaid and handset Ensure channel profitability through trade promos and franchise incentives Set targets and motivate sales channels to achieve their monthly / quarterly targets Develop effective tools to track historical performance and translate into future requirements Support Sales Director and sales functions in the detailing of sales plans reporting Coordinate the production and distribution of reports; ensure that reporting output conforms to report requirements, and that data and analysis are presented in an understandable and effective way Coordinate the definition of data based on KPIs and reporting requests, and manage the process of retrieval of data from data sources (IT, Data Warehouse, etc.) to ensure data availability and accuracy Manage the development of data management and mining tools, establishing efficient ways of retrieving, handling and storing report data (including Data Warehouse and customized reporting tools) Manage and improve on the quality and output of conducted analysis, continuously and proactively working with the team to achieve higher satisfaction from clients Essential Skills Should be a motivated team player Should have strong interpersonal and communication skills Should possess sound analytical abilities, problem identification and resolution skills Desirable Skills Should be highly proficient in Microsoft Office especially MS Excel
