The ideal candidate should - Hold a Bachelors Degree in Computer Science
- Have 0-1 years of work experience with Databases, Data Warehousing and/or Telecom industry
Job Description - Manage reporting functions of Business Intelligence
- Provide timely and quality information to the business users
- Furnish business user requests for reports (ad-hoc analysis)
- Monitor and analyze trends to answer commercial phenomena
- Perform data quality health checks to ensure quality information
- Manage SLAs for report delivery
- Work on SQL (Teradata), Microsoft Office, Visio, Erwin and related tools
- Involve in inter departmental communication to understand user requirements & develop solutions accordingly
- Work in a collaborative environment to understand user requirements and provide solutions.
- Liaise with vendors for expansion and upgrades
Essential Skills - Should be highly proficient in MS Office Suite and SQL
- Should secure strong inter-personal, problem solving and analytical skills
Desirable Skills - Should secure good communication and presentation skills
- Should have good knowledge of Data Warehousing and Unix Scripting
- Should have some understanding of Teredata and BI concepts
