The ideal candidate should - Hold at least a Masters degree
- Have minimum 2-3 years of relevant work experience
Job Description - Achieve operational excellence and minimize customer churn by ensuring customer is provided with a first contact resolution
- Process customer queries and complaints related to our services received through all touch points, regulatory authority, senior management etc
- Maintain strong follow up on the escalated matters till the resolution of customer concern
- Communicate/share the final outcome with the customer verbally as well as in writing
- Analyze and report the received workload and share the stats with management as and when required
Essential Skills - Should secure strong communication skills both oral and written
- Should be well versed with Mobilink products, policies and procedures
Desirable Skills - Should have excellent presentation skills
- Should possess excellent interpersonal skills
