Job Description Prepare final reply on complaints Gather feedback from concerned departments Execute provision of heavy callers data to PTA on daily basis Handle complaints received from PTA HQ on consumer protection Implement numbering levels and regulatory payments to PTA, FAB and MoIT Assist line manager in day-to-day departmental operational/administrative & regulatory matters Essential Skills Should have strong coordination skills Should possess Strong analytical skills Should have good written and oral communication skills Should be a professional and have Positive Attitude towards the profession Should exhibit sound proficiency in MS Office including MS Word, Power Point & Excel Desirable Skills Should be a valuable team player Should possess relevant knowledge of Cellular Communication Should have a strong pro-active approach to work
