|
Perform general accounting services for Logistics
Ensure effective financial management and controls
Manage nationwide invoices of vendors, payments tracking to vendors, validation and reconciliation of budgets, and liaises with Technical budgeting and Finance on various financial issues
Monitor contracts, help in preparation of annual budgets, generate monthly financial reports for all regions, and prepare monthly budget presentation for review
Support regional finance teams and reconcile nationwide data
Prepare process flows for payment tracking system for internal use in support of logistics thrust towards a self-sustaining regional mechanism
Participate and assist in strengthening financial and budgetary control systems |
