- Have at least 3 years of work experience in System Admin (Linux / Windows)
Job Description - Monitor day to day backup operations conducted through the two backup software's.
- Configure, schedule and troubleshoot backups on both the backup software's.
- Monitor backup hardware infrastructure which includes health monitoring.
- Manage backup media that includes insertion and ejection of tapes.
- Administer offsite backup between different locations.
- Restore data on request basis.
Essential Skills - Should be highly proficient in operating MS Office Suite
- Should have some working experience on Oracle DBA, Linux and Unix
Desirable Skills - Should secure good business communication skills
- Should have some knowledge of Netbackup, DP, TSM / tape library
