|
The ideal candidate should - Hold at least an LLB degree
- Have a minimum of 3 years of experience mainly in tax related areas with experience of attending court cases in lower courts & High Courts, Tax & Customs authorities, environment tribunals and consumer courts
Job Description - Draft written statements/Para-wise comments/applications etc. for courts related documents in litigious matters
- Coordinate and liaise with peer departments and external counsels for smooth sharing of information required for contesting/defending the court cases
- Liaise with Tax & Customs authorities, as and when required
- Draft and respond to legal notices and also prepares other legal documents
Essential Skills - Should have strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Should be proficient in operating MS Office Suite
Desirable Skills - Should be able to handle court matters independently
- Should be able to get early disposals
