|
The ideal candidate should: - Hold an MBA degree or MS Management Science from a reputable university
- Have at least 1-2 years experience in sales or on ground customer care
Job Description - Develop market development KPI reporting tools
- Coordinate with different functions for the development and management of market development initiatives
- In accordance with commercial KPIs develop requirement specification, align stake holders and monitor/manage progress over project tenure
- Develop surveys, conduct on ground market research and value/supply chain analysis
- Periodically conduct impact analysis of market development/product upselling programs. Present findings and make recommendations for future programs
Essential Skills - Should have good project management and system/process analysis and designing skills
- Should posses excellent analytical and reporting skills
- Should be highly proficient in MS Office, especially MS Excel, MS Visio, MS Project
Desirable Skills - Should be result oriented with an entrepreneurial mindset
- Should be team player
- Should have excellent presentation and Interpersonal skills
