|
The ideal candidate should: - Hold a Bachelors / Masters (Electrical / Electronics / Telecom)
- Have 2 – 4 years of work experience in BSS or TXN network
Job Description - Look after BSS Deployment roll out activities in the region, i.e. new sites, MBTS, BSC, XCDRs, expansions, re-configurations, MW links etc.
- Coordinate with NOC, CP, BSSP and other teams for smooth execution of rollout activities
- Resolve on-site issues (post – commissioning, post – expansion etc.) within stipulated timelines
- Keep strong follow-up with vendor for all assigned activities to ensure timely completion
- Hand over all new network entities to OAN through acceptance forms and keep record for same
- Meet PMCL quality standards with reference to BSS entities installation, commissioning and other roll out activities like expansions / reconfigurations / antenna addition / antenna replacement etc.
- Utilize PMCL resources like equipment issuance from warehouse to avoid sending extra /unnecessary items on sites
Essential Skills - Should have knowledge of BSS or Transmission network
- Should be a team player
- Should be able to display a positive attitude towards the profession
Desirable Skills - Should have good written and oral communication skills
- Should have good presentation skills
