Troubleshoot BSS equipment (BTS, BSC, XCDR, PCU)
Provide BSS backup support round the clock
Oversee BSS KPI analysis and stats monitoring
Resolve HW trouble tickets raised by RF team and QoS team within defined MTTR
Coordinate with other departments like RF, QoS, NOC for resolving BSS related issues |

Essential Skills
Hand on experience of Motorola and Huawei BSS NEs
Sound technical knowledge of GSM architecture
Expertise in operating systems (MS Dos, Windows 98 / 2000 / XP/2007) and MS Office suite

Know how of BSS test equipment like signal generator, site analyser, bert |
