The ideal candidate should:
- Hold at least Bachelor's degree in or a Master's degree in Business Administration
- Have at least 1-2 years of relevant work experience
Job Description
- Oversee agent selection, on-boarding and training
- Execute MFS plan through Sales
- Design effective trade promotions
- Devise focused BTL programs for various segments
- Plan regional visits to monitor progress and track competition activities
- Support and develop processes to facilitate smooth sales operations
- Ensure required documentation from the channel (franchises/retailers)
- Responsible for business development initiatives
- Implement and execute banking regulations in the channel
- Analyze pre & post launch campaigns
